Service Details

The Scope: Base rates reflect a journey of up to 10 days for 4 travelers. Final professional investment is tailored to the complexity, duration, and logistical density of your specific project. Scope changes may incur fees.
Professional Advocacy: Mardensa Journeys acts as your primary liaison. For certain complex international itineraries, we amplify our oversight via a proven network of Destination Management Companies to provide 24-hour, on-ground responsiveness.
Investment: Professional design fees for private Mardensa Journeys clients are non-refundable and separate from the costs of travel components.
Impact Exchange Program: For corporate retreats and employee rewards programs booked by Oregon - based companies, 100% of travel design fees are contributed directly by clients to a designated nonprofit .
